Booking Requirements

A customised quote, tailored to your specific requirements, will be provided upon inquiry. Non-profit and community rates are applicable when appropriate. To confirm a booking, a 50% deposit must be submitted via bank transfer. An invoice will be provided with deposit amount and payment instructions. If a booking is cancelled less than 60 days before the event date, no amount will be refunded. Wedding deposits are non-refundable. Hirers are required to promptly remove any furniture, equipment, food, or decorations brought into Fairfield House at the conclusion of the event. If items need to be stored on-site beyond the hire period, prior written arrangements must be made. The time required for setting up and clearing away a function should be accounted for within the booking period. The hirer is responsible for leaving the house as they found it. Fairfield look after the cleaning. Standard noise restrictions apply, and management reserves the right to enforce necessary noise reductions. No outside music after 10pm. Inside music must be turned off at 11.30pm. Hirers must adhere to curfew times and host responsibility guidelines as advised by the manager.
