You should provide as many contact methods as possible to allow people to get in touch with you. Please note the Admin Email Address is mandatory but will not be displayed in the Found Directory. The Admin Email Address you provide below will be used to contact you about your listing in the FOUND Directory.

The below contact details will be visible on the website so that the public can contact your organisation. Please provide at least one means of contact.
Admin Email AddressN.B. For ease of admin of the website, there will be a requirement from 2015 for organisations to provide an admin email. This email will not be publically available on the website, but will only be used by the administrators to contact your organisation. If you do not wish to use a personal email, then you could have an organisational one using Gmail , Hotmail or similar.
Enter the month that your Organisation has its AGM. If your Organisation does not have an AGM, simply enter a month in which you would prefer to recieve an update reminder. Additional details you can enter include a breakdown of Volunteer / Paid hours and the total number of Volunteers active in the Organisation. Details about the Fee structure of the Organisation can also be specified. Information on Volunteer Hours / Paid Hours and Total Volunteers is used for statistics and community reporting. These are not displayed in the Found Directory.

Volunteer Nelson wishes to obtain information about the number of volunteers in your organisation and their hours this year. This will assist us to build a picture of the sector over time. We understand that you may have a variety of volunteer roles such as for events to ongoing ones. Please think about all these volunteer roles over the last year, including your Board/committee members, management and service delivery roles. You may keep records of your volunteer statistics, but if not please estimate these.

Description of your Organisation
The short description is displayed in the online Found Directory search results and should be a simple sentence describing what your Organisation does. The long description field should include your Organisation's profile, you can be really creative here and include information such as a calendar of events, mission statements, membership numbers, meeting minutes or a newsletter. This is a great opportunity to tell the community about what it is that your Organisation does.
