It is important that you select the appropriate Category & Region for your Organisation’s listing in the FOUND Directory.


Let people know where your Organisation is based. You can also let people know about access for the disabled and your hours of operation.


You should provide as many contact methods as possible to allow people to get in touch with you. Please note the Admin Email Address is mandatory but will not be displayed in the Found Directory. The Admin Email Address you provide below will be used to contact you about your listing in the FOUND Directory.

N.B. For ease of admin of the website, there is a requirement for organisations to provide an admin email. This email will not be publically available on the website, but will only be used by the administrators to contact your organisation regarding your listing. If you do not wish to use a personal email, then you could have an organisational one using Gmail , Hotmail or similar.

The description field should include your Organisation’s profile, you can be really creative here and include information such as a calendar of events, mission statements, membership numbers, meeting minutes or a newsletter. This is a great opportunity to tell the community about what it is that your Organisation does.


You may include your Organisation’s Logo or an alternative image in the online FOUND Directory. Make sure the images are in either of the JPG, GIF or PNG formats, are within the 800 x 800 px size limit and no larger than 20MB.
