We are building 2 Cohousing neighbourhoods on the corner of Meihana Street and Rototai Road in the heart of Takaka.

Collective housing or cohousing is a set of principles aimed at allowing people and communities to play a leading role in addressing their own needs.  Typically, cohousing addresses housing affordability, social connection, community wealth, and environmental sustainability.
