For more than 30 years, this service has supported people with physical disability or a brain injury.

The people we support have cognitive, physical, emotional or behavioural changes that can be temporary or permanent.

We offer:

• rehabilitation for people returning to their community after a brain injury
• long-term 24-hour residential support in five homes (Nelson and Blenheim) that encourage independence
• respite care and support for carers

Access to this service is via the Needs Assessment Service or ACC.
