Habit Health Stoke has a skilled interdisciplinary team of occupational therapists, occupational nurses, clinical psychologists, physiotherapists, vocational consultants, community nurses and occupational health nurses working together to help you live your best life.

We have regular visiting doctors and specialists from other professions as required to maximise your potential.

We have specialised services of occupational nursing and women’s health, pre-employment medical, drug testing, hearing and vision testing.

There is also a GP clinic, midwives and specialist ear nurse on site.

Hours – Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm
