We are a team that deliver a number of classes in the Tasman region.
All classes are best suited to the 40yrs+ individual.
Our mission is to provide classes that improve the flexibility, cardiovascular health, balance, coordination and mood of the participants.
Our service is based on the principle that wellbeing is greatly enhanced by physical activity.
There are several different types of classes. Each group attracts different interests and abilities:
- Superb Low Impact Dance – for cultivated individuals
- Parky Moves – fitness with Parkinson’s
- Ladies Boxfit – fitness for women
- Chair Flair – seated exercise
- Hip Hop Dancehall Style – adult beginners short course
- Moutere Dance Fitness – knee friendly dance fitness
