Iron Duke Sea Scout Group is part of the Scout Association of New Zealand.

We train young people to live by the values embodied in the Scout Law.

We have fun exploring the Nelson region by boat & by land.  New skills are learnt and practiced, rowing skills, sailing skills, pioneering skills, camping, tramping, community service and life skills.

SCOUTS New Zealand offer young people a one month FREE trial, after which term fees apply.

What we are looking for in our Keas, Cubs, Scouts and Venturers is enthusiasm, a quest to know how its done, a thirst for fun, and the Parents on board to help run the Scout Group.
