Come along, we meet at the Community Gardens (opposite Rec Centre).  Join in for a 30-50 minute inlet walk at your own pace.

Walking is good for boosting your immune system, for heart and lungs, for strength and balance, for fitness, for brain health, for mental well-being and for social connections and best of all; it is local and FREE.
