The Ark Preschool is a welcoming, family-focused preschool in the heart of Richmond, where children are encouraged to learn, grow, explore and thrive.

Guided by Christian values and a strong sense of community, we provide a loving, nurturing environment where every child is known, valued and supported to reach their full potential. Our passionate and dedicated teachers build strong relationships with children and whānau, creating a calm and joyful place where children feel safe, confident and excited to learn.

With a 1:8 teacher-to-child ratio, we are able to give children the individual attention and support they need while providing rich, engaging learning experiences through play, relationships and meaningful connections.

Our Tuakana “Getting Ready for School” programme supports our older children as they develop the confidence, independence, self-regulation and skills they need for a positive transition to school.

With a spacious natural outdoor environment, creative indoor learning spaces and a strong sense of belonging, The Ark is a place where children learn to love and love to learn.
