We are a resource and support center for all women and children in the Nelson Tasman region.

We offer services such as low cost counselling, advocacy, information on women’s rights, a library, and a programme of inspiring workshops.

You do not have to be in any sort of crisis to visit us or use our services.

We also can offer a variety of rooms for rental including a wonderful outside area if you would like to enjoy our outside venue.

Our team works alongside ALL women to empower them to be safe, resourceful, to value themselves and to achieve their potential.  Come on in for a cuppa and a look around!
