Members of the Nelson Rowing Club continue to represent New Zealand with pride and include Halberg Supreme Award winners, World Champions and Olympians.  Our rowers have stood on the podium at the NZ Masters Championships, NZ Club Championships, Maadi Cup and South Island Secondary Schools Championship regattas.

Nelson Rowing Club is recognised as being one of NZ’s top performing clubs.  We do enjoy winning but it isn’t the only thing we do.  NRC’s members include Novice, School,  Competitive and Masters Rowers with our members coming from both the Nelson and Tasman regions.  The club caters to all ages and levels of rowers in a sport which promotes a healthy lifestyle, strong work ethic and discipline.

Our Clubrooms are on Cross Quay, Port Nelson where we’ve been for over 25 years.  Nelson Rowing Club welcome new rowers and members to our Club – so please get in touch.
