Our interests cover all aspects of Earth and Geo Sciences, including geology, rocks, minerals, fossils, stratigraphy, geomorphology, landforms, mapping and microscopy,

We have regular meetings and field trips, and maintain a large collections of rocks, fossils and minerals from the local region and beyond. ​We have a permanent base in the Waimea Rooms at the Richmond A&P Grounds, where we hold our meetings, store our collection and run workshops.
