We are a close-knit Dojo that focuses on the key teachings of Goju-Ryu. Our training teaches traditional Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate-Do with the goal of personal development, improved focus, technique, self defence, confidence, and fitness to name but a few examples.

We do not teach “sport” or “competition” karate, and focus instead on the traditional and kihon (basic) elements as taught at the Jundokan So Honbu Dojo in Naha, Okinawa. We encourage effort and participation, and strive to teach in a friendly and comfortable environment for everyone

Everyone is welcome to come and train.
