At the top of the South Island in Tasman Bay lay the sheltered waters of Nelson Haven; home to the Port of Nelson – the maritime gateway to the Nelson / Marlborough Region. It is also the location of the Nelson Marina, within walking distance of the city of Nelson. The Marina is adjacent to, and shares a community relationship with, a number of local water-related organisations and user groups.

With a dedicated visitor dock, travel lift and hardstand, Nelson Marina is a great hub for recreational boating and getting your marine servicing done.

From long term and visitor berths, trailer parking, boat ramp and haul out services – Nelson Marina offers it all.

The Marina is owned by the Nelson City Council and managed by an in-house Marina Management team.  Berthage is on a rented basis, and berths are not available for purchase.
