The Medical and Injury Centre is open 7 days a week, 8am to 10pm, for you and your family when your own doctor is not available.

We have been caring for people in Nelson for over 20 years.

We are both Cornerstone and Urgent Care Standard 2015 accredited, owned and operated by local GPs from Nelson, Stoke, Tahunanui, Richmond, Wakefield and Mapua, and provide medical care on their behalf for local residents and also visitors to our region.

You can see us for any urgent medical issue that you would otherwise see your GP for, as well as accident related injuries such as sprains or cuts.
