The aim of the Intepeople Leadership Academy is to provide leaders and aspiring leaders with the opportunity to build capability through personal development and by learning from the experience of others. The Leadership Academy is for people who want to develop their leadership experience, people who have their sights set on senior management positions and governance roles.
