Our research has found that more older people are renting, and this number is increasing.

To help older tenants understand and navigate the rental market we have developed some practical tools. The tools are designed for older people themselves, family members and service providers who are supporting older people, and landlords/property managers who want to support their older tenants.

In 2021, with the assistance of Te Tari Kaumātua, the Office for Seniors we updated the set of tools.
