CAN is a Nelson based group that investigates issues of social equity and works for fairness in our community.  We have strong interests in housing – affordability, new models and technology, security of tenure.  We continue to be an advocate for community issues and a voice to central and local government on ways to support the community sector – more specifically health and social services.

Currently our main focus is supporting the conversation on the establishment of a regional community development agency.
