At the CAB we try to help people to know and understand their rights and obligations and how to use this information to get the best outcomes, provide people with the confidence and support they need to take action, and work for positive social change within communities and wider society.
We offer and provide free advice, guidance and an independent service to all. Contact us by either coming in to our office, ringing or emailing us.
- Consumer advice – all our volunteers are trained to assist clients with consumer issues.
- Forms and pamphlets – we hold a wide range of forms immigration, passport applications, disputes tribunal claim forms. We also have pamphlets with excellent information about government organisations and legislation that affects us all plus community agencies and support groups.
We are also able to help with the following:
- Letter writing.
- Assistance in filling in forms.
- Access to our database via the internet.
If we are unable to assist you, we will be able to refer you to someone or an organisation that can.
