Aikido is a non-competitive Japanese martial art.  It is dynamic and powerful, but its techniques do not rely on strength.

Learn self-defence and be part of a small, friendly club.  Gain confidence and widen your spiritual horizons, or work on your fitness, flexibility and overall health.  Join in with partner exercises, wooden weapon work, and meditation practice.
