Motueka Coastal Bus was launched on Saturday, 27th November, 2021

The new Motueka Coastal Bus service, being operated on behalf of Nelson Tasman Community Transport Trust (NTCTT), will run 3 times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.  The mini-bus will leave Motueka i-SITE at 9.30am and will go through Tasman and Māpua, then onto Richmond CBD and Richmond Aquatic Centre, returning after lunch at 1pm.

A return fare from Motueka to Richmond CBD is $10.

Although we will endeavour to run buses to the timetable, departure and arrival times are not guaranteed as they can be affected by traffic congestion, diversions, roadworks, breakdowns, accidents, weather conditions and other unforeseen events.  If there is a major service disruption, we will attempt to let passengers know via our website and Facebook page.

Bus drivers will pick-up or drop-off passengers at designated bus stops.  However, the bus can stop anywhere along the route, by prior arrangement, and only where safe to do so.
