We love having visitors to our club, and we regularly host them. Please come along and meet us and see what it is all about. A typical meeting includes two to three prepared speeches, an impromptu speaking session, and evaluations of the speakers and other roles performed at the meeting. Feel free to come and observe Madhatters in action, have a chat and ask questions of any of our members. And you do not have to participate in any way when you come for a visit – just sit back and relax and enjoy finding out why our members love Madhatters so much. We meet every Friday, from 7am to 8:20am, Boardroom, AA Building, Halifax Street, Nelson, entrance at the rear, up the flight of stairs. Members are there from 6:30 setting up the room, and we recommend getting there at 6:45am so there is time to grab a complimentary plunger coffee, tea (normal or herbal) and a scrummy muffin. We will welcome you and make you feel right at home. If you like, you could also contact our President, Glynne Suckling, beforehand and he will be sure to welcome you when you arrive.
