Based at Higgins Park Wakefield near Nelson Pigeon Valley Steam Museum preserves and operates steam and vintage machinery for the benefit of the public.
Live steam days are the first Sunday most months plus special shows. Higgins Park is also home for the Rover Car Club, Nelson Vintage Engine and Machine Club, Historic Transport Museum Trust and Army Group Centre Re-enactment Group.
