Description
Move to improve can be experienced in two ways. Movement lessons taught in group situation. During each lesson the teachers guides the students to discover how they can move with greater strength, ease and power. This is achieved by
• focusing on your potential rather your problems
• improving coordination and self awareness
• accessing the strength and support of the skeleton
• engaging the biggest and strongest muscles within the body
Personal sessions will enhance the benefits by focusing on a particular aspect.
The principles applied have been validated by newest research in neuro- science.
