Description

We have a full time Field Worker covering the region from Nelson into Golden Bay to provide support to those who are affected by Alzheimers Disease and other related dementias.
This means our Society is here to help not only those people with the illness but those who are caring for them.
We link in with Presbyterian Support and provide volunteers to assist at the Immanuel House Group where those with Dementia or Alzheimers Disease can have a day out and therefore give respite to their carers if they are still living in the community.
