Description
WHAT IS CONNECTIONS?
Nelson Tasman Connections is one of five providers in the Nelson Tasman Youth Transition Service. The service is available to any young person/school leaver under 20 years of age. Connections' aim is to see all young people build their confidence and develop skills to guide them towards a successful future.
Connections holds Provider Forums 6 times per year - these are an opportunity for youth service providers to network and discuss their work. Forums are open to anyone working with young people.
