The Women's Centre is a growth healing and resource centre for women and their children. We offer:
* Hands-On Art workshops Tuesdays during school terms.
* Discovery Afternoon health & life skills workshops Thursdays during school terms.
* Cervical smear clinics monthly
* Drop-in space for a cuppa and some time out
* Information & referrals re: lots of community services
* Laundry,shower, women's library, Op Shop
* Access to emergency housing for women & their children
* Free & confidential support & counselling through our sister agencies (Nelson Women's Support and Sexual Abuse Support & Healing)
* Quarterly newsletter with current events at the Women's Centre
* Special gatherings to benefit women
