Education Programmes - 10 sessions run each term (4 hrs week) including Self Esteem Communication/ Assertiveness Skills Relationship Issues Abuse Grief & Loss Boundaries Sexuality Depression & Being a Woman
Library - over 300 titles on Women's Issues and Personal Growth
