Tucked behind the Stoke Memorial hall is the home of the Stoke Seniors Over 60's Social Club. Monday to Thursday we offer a packed programme with outings, meals, entertaiment and speakers. Our newsletter is produced monthly and has details of what's on that day. Within our club we have card & board game players including: scrabble, rummycub, eurche, 500 and majong. Art classes and card making happen regularly throughout the year. Tuesday morning the walking group heads out and about. We also have Tai Chi, Pilates, Sit and Be Fit and a brand new Circuit class. Tuesday to Thursday we have guest entertainers or speakers of interest after lunch - 1.30pm. Meals are provided everyday at a minimal cost: $8 for members $10 for non-members. Mondays are picnic/bbq day and we head out to some lovely park, beach or river to enjoy our beautiful region, cost $15-30 ($5 transport). There is so much to do it's probably best to just come to the centre and spend a day, pick up a programme and enjoy the atmosphere. Hope to see you soon.
