Description

Friends of Flora volunteers carry out pest control in the Flora Stream area of Kahurangi National Park. Since 2001 we have steadily increased the protected area until it now covers over 5,000 hectares. As a result of this work the Flora now has thriving native bird life including kaka, whio/blue duck and roroa/ great spotted kiwi.
